LED (Light emitting Diodes) Lighting:

The light-emitting diode (LED) is one of today’s most energy-efficient and rapidly-developing lighting technologies. Quality LED lighting last longer, are more durable, and offer better light quality than other types of lighting such as regular energy-saving bulbs, Halogens, metal halide and fluorescent lamps. Early LEDs were limited by high prices and relatively low light output, but the technology has developed rapidly in recent years, and you can now get bright, efficient LED lamps that replace old-style lamps at much more attractive prices.

LED lighting can be found in Down lights, bayonet fittings, candle fittings, flood lighting, high and low bay lighting, decorative lighting (bars, bathrooms and kitchens), office recessed lighting, lamp post and signage.

Both domestically and commercially Led lighting is an efficient way to reduce running costs due to the lower electrical demands. Led lighting can be used in homes, factories, commercial premises and leisure facilities to give a better light output with reduced running costs.
